To enjoy them as if they were freshly made, simply heat them on a hot griddle or non-stick pan until the product becomes fragrant again (about 2 minutes).
Piadina Romagnola PGI, to be enjoyed with the classic combination of raw ham, squacquerone and rocket, or the more substantial sausage and onion. Also excellent instead of bread, to accompany all your dishes.
Type 00 soft wheat flour, water, lard, whole sea salt, leavening agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, corn starch).
Warnings: May contain soy and mustard .
Our piadinas are handcrafted according to orders, so you will always receive them fresh, packaged in a protective atmosphere. To be consumed by the date indicated on the package (20 days from the production date). Once the package has been opened, store in the refrigerator at +4° to +8° C. To extend the shelf life, they can be frozen.
