Returns and refunds
You can return any product purchased in our e-shop within 14 working days from the delivery date, as follows:
- Please make sure the products are in the same condition you received them
- Prepare the package in the box you received (or on a box of equal strength and size) covering the information of the first shipment
- Book the collection of the package at your address
- Contact customer service within 14 working days of the delivery date to agree on the collection date and place
You will receive a refund which will include both the cost of the returned products and the shipping and delivery costs of the order.
You will receive a confirmation email when we accept your return.
We remind you that we can only refund products returned correctly. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above we will not be able to issue a refund and the order will be sent back to you.
You can check the status of your return with the shipping number by contacting Customer Service
We also remind you that:
- We are currently unable to offer product replacements
- You can only ship your return from the country where you placed the order
